Submission Guidelines

Architecture/ Interior Design/ Visual & Graphics / Industrial Design/ The New Black Award

(Entrants have to ensure images of the submission are relevant to the category):

1. Entry eligibility for Sky Design Awards 2022 - only projects completed between March 1, 2019 - November 2021 accepted

2. If submitting as a partnership or group, please choose one lead entrant who will be the contact for the Awards process. In the application please also list any individuals or companies involved in the project

3. All submissions must submit an A3 Landscape panel (horizontal), including photographs and images
   Min of 3 up to max. of 8 photographs (* You may create your own layout to mix and match photos, sketches, drawings and description on the A3 Panel up to 8 JPG file)
   Resolution: 300 dpi/ More than 2000 pixel width
   Format: JPG file

4. Min 3 to Max of 8 photographs of your projects must accompany with your submission. (Photographs must entrants's original shots)

   1. Images: 300MB max: jpg, jpeg, gif or png file

   2. Images Res: 300dpi and be suitable for printing

   3. If you wish to provide video: 300MB max: mov, mpg, flv or mp4 file. A video for judges to preview can be up to 2 minutes and up to 1 minute for marketing collaterals. For any submitted videos, please make sure to only include music which is not copyrighted

5. You can also submit up to 3-6 drawings in vector-based PDF format

6. For buildings, these must include a north point, scale bar, and key

7. Please indicate the project date when submitting your entry

8. Please include the company URL with the entry

9. Project description or written statement should be in English and no longer than 500 words. Description or statement of the project must be submitted with word files

10. Designers photo and profile (optional)

11. Lastly, we would like to offer entrants the opportunity to have access to a professional and qualified copywriting/ proofreading service for any written materials. Please note that this service can be used freely outside of the Sky Design Awards. The service cost will be $125 USD

You may provide any link from any server for us to download your files.

If you wish to use We-transfer.com

1. Select the categories you wish to apply

2. Fill in the name of the contact person and company name accordingly on the online form

3. Upload all the information and basic requirements on we-transfer www.wettransfer.com OR a server of your choice to send a link for download

4. Copy and paste the link from the We-transfer to the online application form

5. Make your payment

6. Click Submit
