The Dreamer Base by YUNZ INTERIOR DESIGN GROUP

he purpose of this case is to create a place for young, dynamic youth. The industrial style expected by the residents is complemented by modern systematic kitchen utensils, sophisticated furniture, and simple decorations.

By combining all the elements together, the designer would like to meet the clients’ expectation as a high-end industrial style space and a place where is suitable for living. It is worth mentioning that the beam above the entry of the original construction was very low. The designer considered that if the ceiling is designed according to this height, the occupants will feel excessively oppressed. Therefore, when designing the ceiling, the designer used the galvanized steel plate material to make the right side of the beam column directly raise upwards so that the lines of the ceiling would not be blocked by the beam, and the view of the house would be more high and wide. Since the ceiling was in a natural state as remaining the original features of the building, the designer buried most of the lighting in the corners and both sides of the structure with a few part of the wall fitting was used as mends light. Even if the track lights were used in the interior of the house, the designer asked the mechanical and electrical construction to make sure that the circuit can be accurately hidden directly above lighting fixtures.

Although it is a space for chasing dream for a single man, the designer has specially left a room that can be separated in no time, which is expected to be used as a reserved space for new family members. On the track of the transparent sliding door, the designer saving a track that can hang a curtain as a cover. Nevertheless, the considerate design can be utilized because the young homeowner got married recently. In the near future, when their child is born, there will still be enough private space for the child to use. As we are in a bustling city, the greenery is required which can not only clear your mind but also keep and the air fresh so that the designer left a lot of spaces such as the platform above the counter in the kitchen and the one next to the window as an area where you can place plants.
