The concept envisions a groundbreaking fusion dining experience, paying tribute to the renowned French restaurant "La Nouvelle" and reimagining two distinct dining spaces through thoughtful renovation. The first restaurant draws inspiration from "La Nouvelle," embracing a palette that mirrors the ever-changing sky—an interplay of purples, blues, and greens accented by the warmth of oak wood. This harmony of colors evokes an elegant yet inviting ambiance. The bright, vibrant atmosphere is further enhanced by curated artwork and a wine cellar centerpiece within the buffet area, subtly designed to awaken the senses and elevate the dining experience. The second restaurant celebrates Japanese artistry, taking cues from traditional materials and motifs. The timeless beauty of sumi ink, combined with the rich textures of Japanese cedar and cypress, serves as the foundation of the design. Paying homage to the grace of the red-crowned crane, the space incorporates "ENJI" hues in fabric, dyed textiles, Japanese paper, and intricate woven cloths. The result is a minimalist yet refined setting, where each detail speaks to a harmonious blend of tradition and modern sophistication.
