BLUE FUNS Panasonic Sports by KOKUYO Co., Ltd. (Japan)
BLUE FUNS is the new office of Panasonic Sports Co., Ltd., and serves as a space for fostering better relationships with everyone involved in sports.
Panasonic Sports works on strengthening and supporting the sports teams operated by the Panasonic Group, as well as developing new services centred around sports.
With a focus on team commercialization, the company is engaged in various initiatives, including sports-centred urban development, educational support, and collaboration with Panasonic’s technology, all aimed at creating a future where sports remain strong, independent, and able to shine brightly for years to come.
The office concept is to "communicate the value of the team both inside and outside the company, and create an office where the enjoyment of sports can be shared." The design incorporates sports-related elements that evoke both the team and competition, as well as the dynamic energy and intensity of sports.
The entrance showcases the team's uniforms and the history the team has built, allowing visitors to explore freely.
The sports bar is used as an office on regular days, but during events, it transforms into a live sports bar where multiple games can be watched simultaneously.
The colour scheme combines the team's signature blue, cool monochrome tones reminiscent of stadiums and arenas, and active accent colours that invoke the energy of sports.
