A training facility where you can realize "5 training styles" for employees to grow. The name of the facility is PATIO, an acronym for "Passive," "Active," "Teaching," "Immersion," and "Open." The "Root" theme draws inspiration from the PATIO ethos while focusing on the intricate journey of growth symbolized by roots. Impressive lighting with a root motif and a large display wall welcome visitors.

Passive Area

The display shelves with props protruding from the wall represent the appearance of sprouts emerging from the soil and growing. Use display shelves to disseminate training results and employee introductions. Natural materials such as flowers and cork enhance the space.

Teaching Area

The dynamic stage space located in the center of each training room provides a place for learners to apply their learning.

Open Area

The training room uses glass film that changes colour depending on the viewing angle. It expresses the mixture of diverse personalities.
