300 ㎡ private residences on the North Bund by Lighting Interior Design (China)

The homeowner's vision for the new home is "easy to maintain, durable to live in", while also hoping that the design will focus on brightness and have sufficient storage space. Taking this as the starting point, the design reshapes the spatial spirit by organizing, releasing, and laying out the internal spatial structure. At the same time, minimalist design concepts are infused into the design techniques, empowering the entire house with an orderly layout, exquisite material selection, and intelligent living, creating a simple and healing living atmosphere in the bustling city.

Xuanguan | Separated by reality and illusion, with a multitude of artistic conceptions

The entrance hall has removed some of the walls that were originally separated from the living room, making the entire entrance hall more transparent and spacious. At the same time, considering privacy, stone and glass are used to create a partition between the entrance hall and the indoor space. At the same time, the length of the rear dining room's actual wall has been reduced, and the combination of virtual and real design has increased the sense of hierarchy and transparency of the space.

Living room | suitable for both movement and stillness, attracting scenery into the room

The living room wall is painted with off white art paint, paired with floor tiles of the same colour scheme, and outlined with black metal lines to create a more three-dimensional spatial effect. Perfectly blending with the flowing river scenery, this home endows life with the connotation of "harmony between movement and stillness", presenting a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.

Kitchen and Kitchen | Exquisite Life, Modern Times

The designer believes that design should be based on the needs of the owner and take into account the scalability of future life. The design of the kitchen and dining space is tailored to the owner's dietary habits, featuring metal frame glass sliding doors that serve as the separation between the two spaces. The glass sliding door can move left and right on both sides, combined with the migratory flow of the kitchen, forming a continuous flow of two spatial keys.

Master bedroom | Embracing the scenery, infinite literary charm

The background wall of the master bedroom has been appropriately added, complementing the existing walls and flattening the symmetry of the space, while presenting a grand 270° river view. The inner side of the landing form is paved with white wood veneer, leaving a black pass to separate the block surface, so that the frame presents a more delicate and lightweight feeling. Opening your eyes, you can feel the changing light and shadow of the four seasons.
